All payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges and service suspension.
All content, code, and design assets created by Elegant Web remain the intellectual property of Elegant Web until full payment is received. After payment, the client is granted full rights to use the work for their business purposes.
Clients agree to:
Provide timely access to content, credentials, and approvals
Respond to queries and requests to avoid delays in delivery
Use the delivered services in compliance with applicable laws
We respect the confidentiality of all client data and will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without consent, unless legally required.
Clients are responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content supplied to Elegant Web. We reserve the right to refuse projects that promote illegal or harmful content.
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, Elegant Web is not liable for temporary service disruptions due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party provider outages.
SEO improvements depend on various factors, including industry competition, algorithm updates, and client adherence to our recommendations. We do not guarantee specific rankings.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Outstanding fees for services rendered must still be paid.
Elegant Web is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption, resulting from our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the date of revision.
